ActivaTek is also involved in developing cosmetic, proprietary applications, such as our new patent-pending, cosmetic, iontophoretic face mask for rejuvenation; a product uniquely developed to place simple, micro-smart power in the hands of the user.
ActivaTek’s revolutionary, reusable, cosmetic face mask utilizes micro-current technology to create a charged polarity. Powered by a small battery, the mask creates a constant ionic charge, unlike printed or chemical batteries. The charged current generated in the mask works in conjunction with necessary antioxidant rejuvenating vitamins to drive higher levels of the molecules to a more effective depth of the Epidermis, in turn creating a more effective therapeutic solution. Typically, no greater than 5% of topically-applied creams or lotions penetrate the stratum corneum (the outermost layer of the epidermis). The ActivaTek face mask protects these important molecules, transporting antioxidant rejuvenating solutions directly into the skin, ultimately reaching a deeper level than is possible with topical products alone. In turn, pigment is normalized and healthy collagen encouraged.
